To protect your investment, your Helium timepiece is covered by a three (3) year limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase. To register your three (3) year warranty please fill in the below form. Your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase
​We partner with a independent workshops in the UK & USA to provide service locations that are the most convenient for our customers in the event of a warranty or service incident. We are also open to working with competent shops that are local to you, should you know of one.

Exclusions

The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings).

Unauthorised repair or modification work.

Bracelets, Straps or accessories.

Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance specification.
