The Kowloon Rugby Club Watch is an all brushed case body with a circular brushed bezel with mirror polished highlights on the edge of the bezel and on the edge of the case lugs. The case is made from 316L stainless steel. The case thickness is 13.00 or 11.40 mm.
Crown & Tubes
The cases are fitted with a screw in crown tube and screw down crown which has polished teeth and embossed brushed cap with the VB logo.
Anti-Shock Movement Holders
Each movement is suspended in a Metallocene Butadiene Rubber (MBR) ring which is fitted around the mu-metal Faraday cage movement ring to protect it from excessive external case shocks.
Each movement is suspended in a ring of mu-metal which helps protect it from excessive magnetic forces. The Faraday cage has the club name engraved on it.
The case back is 42.00 or 36.00 mm and is circular brushed with a 1930's Singer racing car and the Brooklands race track in the background deep acid etched into its centre. The case back is a screw down case back with hidden access.
The case is fitted with a double curved sapphire scratch resistant crystal with three layers of anti-reflective coating on both sides of the crystal.
Each case is tested to 120 ATM, 120 meters and is rated at 10 ATM, 100 meters.
Dial & Hands
Circular brushed double curved burgundy red and silver dial with which coloured indexes with Super Lumi Nova C1. Classic steel blue hour and minute hands with applied Super Lumi Nova C1 green emission. Steel blue seconds hand.
The case is fitted with a modified Swiss 11 ½ linge VB - 24A automatic with 26 jewels with perlage finishing and blue screws, Glucydur balance, Anachron balance spring, Nivaflex 1 mainspring, 28,800 bph, 38-hour power reserve and a decorated rotor with the VB Logo engraved. The movement is fitted with a white date disc with black printing.
The watch has Hours, Minutes and Seconds with a date window at the 3 o'clock position.
Every movement is tested to chronometer standard and engraved with its unique reference number matching the case. Each watch is supplied with rating papers.
